Brandon Hobbs
Principal/Co-Founder
Brandon Hobbs has 20+ years of experience as an entrepreneur in the restoration construction industry and as a commercial real estate investor. He loves vision casting, team building, and creating an authentic culture in every business, relationship and transaction he is a part of. Brandon is passionate about volunteering for organizations that advocate on behalf of people with intellectual disabilities. He is a College of Charleston graduate, proud disability Dad, adoring husband, and father of three. He resides in St. Augustine Beach, Florida with his family where he enjoys family beach days, surfing with his kids, cooking for friends, and traveling with his family. Brandon has been investing in commercial real estate for seven years and specializes in turning around underperforming assets.
Clayton Smith
Principal/Co-Founder
Clayton Smith began his career serving our country in the United States Navy. After a decade he commenced his civilian career by growing his family business and investing in single family residential real estate. He progressed to acquiring storage facilities, small business parks and RV parks. An entrepreneur at heart, Clayton has grown multiple small businesses, secured his Texas real estate license in 2007, and has been investing in commercial real estate for seven years. Clayton specializes in adding value through increasing revenue and lowering expenses. With a background and education in engineering and commercial construction, he is a seasoned operator and value add investor operating out of Houston, Texas.
